Tiffany said they never called her back with a quote for the things she asked for, and she is still wanting a call back for this. She didn't like the communication between herself and them. She knows her vehicle and they told her something else was wrong with it when it wasn't. They also told her she had to wait 30 minutes for her oil level to change, which was not true, either. Overall, they did a good job.
