Monique said she has gone back and forth with this business for different services and she never feels appreciated as a customer. Even a small gesture of good morning or a smile would make things better. She stated she spoke with Mario's brother and he made her feel even more under appreciated. She was shown a hole a in a pipe and wanted to address it with them and get or give specific details, and he was loudly over-talking her and was very rude to her. She needed the work, otherwise she would have left. She told Mario about the interaction between her and his brother and he dismissed her like a child telling her to go inside and have a seat. He was not looking her eye to eye , he just dismissed her when speaking. She had to go back and she stated the fact she went back after that she deserved to be treated kindly by the staff. She was told it would take 3 hours to do the work, it took one hour, and it was over $200. They grabbed a piece laying on the ground of the facility and she mentioned she thinks it was just a scrap piece they had laying around and that they charged her for $200 for the labor. She will make sure the repair was done correctly and what she wanted done was done, otherwise they will have to be accountable for it.
