Mercedes’ work
All work was done .
Leaks were stopped.
There is a rattle on the passenger door speaker that wasn’t there before , so we need to check it out.

Surprisingly Fast Appointment!!!
As always, Floyd the Master Mercedes Technician, takes great care of my R500. He replaced plugs and wires today. As always he lets me know if there are any issues to keep an eye on or that everything is in great working order. He always gives helpful information on how to maintain my car when he is not around. Mastertech is the only service center for me.

Great service
Mason was very attentive as to what I felt was needed when I called to make the appointment. I had a yearly check up for my BMW 3.0CS with fluid changes. I appreciate the attention to detail that was shown as well as leaving nothing on the finish of this car as it is a show car. Todd & Floyd were straight forward as to what it needed and when which. A positive experience.

Professional as always
I came in for routine maintenance, and was back on the road in 90 minutes. I travel 35 minutes to bring my vehicle here. I have done so for over four years. I can trust that the staff will fix my issues and do so for a fair price, not like dealership service centers.

Coolant leak
Brought my car in for a coolant leak and the mechanic contacted me and said that I needed to replace all parts associated with the coolant system that there was a hose leaking then he said that the water pump had a crack in it causing the leak and the cost was going to be over $2000.00 dollars to repair it, I picked the car up and took it to another reputable bmw garage and they indicated that there was a leaking hose that needed to be replaced, the bill was a little over $300.00 which is a big difference to the over $2000.00 dollars that they quoted me I’m very disappointed with this facility

Scheduled Maintenance, Prompt and Professional
Only needed a scheduled maintenance service but, as always, the crew at Master Tech was friendly, courteous and had me back on the road promptly. I drive 160 miles round trip for my vehicles to be serviced at Master Tech because I'm confident their work will be done professionally.....plus they're just so darned nice.

Fast reliable and courteous service. I was very pleased with all aspects of service I received. I was notified after diagnostics as to what was wrong and the cost of repairs. Service was done promptly and I was given ample time for pickup.

Top notch service with great communication
I am very pleased with my experience at Master Tech. The cost was hundreds of dollars list for the same service as a dealership. Mason communicated with me on a daily basis with updates.

Great Company great service
The owners are really nice and professional. They are very upfront about the costs of repairs and they work with customers through the repair process. I had a problem with the egr that turned out to be under warranty. They did not charge me for looking at my car and helped connect me with a dealer who would fix it. I use them for my routine maintenance too. I will continue to use them in the future.
