I traveled up to Ohio for Christmas from Florida. My oil light came on and 3 of my tires were low. I bought my vehicle from this dealership and have always received great service. They were able to get me in quickly and took care of everything.

"Recall work"
Took my car in for recall work. They completed the work in a timely fashion. They also made me aware of filters that needed replacing that I was unaware were even in the car and suggested a tire rotation, which I had done as well. They are professional, courteous, and thorough. I am pleased with the work. I have had my Sonata for over 5 years and I still have no buyer's remorse.

Dear Madam,
   I am sorry that you feel that your concerns were not addressed.  Your advisor did follow through and spoke with me about your tire pressure sensor concern.  A tire rotation would not cause the sensors to fail.  If there was a problem with the service we did the tire light would have came on immediately.  The tire light coming on for the sensor failure two months after is an indication that the sensors have just failed.  Eric Clark our general manager i know did speak with you and we are trying to get back into contact with you.  Please call us if you have any further concerns.  Thank you.
