Lack of help
Went multiple times to have my car serviced for transmission issues and still have had no help.

Excellent Service!!
I had a low air tire - drove to dealship & they took my car in immediately- had to order the replacement. Next day - replaced the damaged tire & I was back on the road.

Not impresses
We were treated like we were stupid by the service technician. I truly do not believe that anything we did caused the crack in the oil pan.i believe it a design flaw. We have been very happy with the Sonata but this issue will cause us to look at another manufacturer in the future.

Dear Sir, 
I am sorry that you feel the way you do.  The crack in the oil pan is only half an inch away from the drain hole and there is tool marks (from possibly a socket) from one end of the crack to the other that is also damage into the stamped metal pan.  Hyundai warranty does not cover damaged parts. You can over tighten a drain plug without it pulling threads and it is very clear that the tool used that overtightened the plug went into the pan.  I personally was the person you spoke with about the concern and i only presented what we found.  If you have any further questions or concerns please contact me directly.  Thank you.
