Knowledge, experience, and professionalism top notch!
William a mechanic at Matsenko Auto Repair is by far one of most knowledgeable, experienced, and professional mechanics I’ve ever worked with. Our warranty company was horrendous through the whole process asking for additional steps and proof that wasn’t necessary however William patiently did as requested through long wait times in the phone etc. Then the warranty company sent used parts that were defective and William explained why he wouldn’t use them and explained additional options. I would recommend Matsenko to any friends or family!
