I am sorry you feel that way, although when you originally had this installed we advised we are a 3rd party company for your breathalyzer. We cannot control when things go bad & we do not determine how long it takes to recieve the neccesary equpment, as none of it is our equipment. We also advised when you stopped in that there had been issues throughout the day and had gone through all the inventory we are allowed to stock at one time, and warned you that you may need to leave the vehicle if it failed.
