3 and a half hours we drove to get here. Quoted us a price out the door over the phone Monday. The price of the car was lowered by 600$ online during the week.
Get there this morning. They knew our quote. They knew we were driving 3.5 hours. Sorry, that quote was off by 560$
So even though the car price went down 600$... they wouldn't honor the quote and added as much TO the quote as the price decreased online.
Quoted 32,000 out the door.
Price went down 600 after that.
Drive 3.5 hours and they try to get 32,600 out of us.
Nope
No way.
We don't play that game.
Don't go here. There have to be better car places.

Exceptional Service, Even at 1AM – That’s Real Dedication!
I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service we received from Rene Holliday Perez, a Sales Product Specialist at McGrath St. Charles, during the purchase of our brand-new 2025 Honda Pilot Elite on May 23, 2025.
What started as a casual visit — we were simply browsing — quickly turned into a purchase, thanks to Rene’s professionalism, patience, and respectful approach. He was never pushy, which made a huge difference. Rene took the time to truly listen to what we liked and didn’t like, and he was incredibly transparent throughout the entire process, which didn’t wrap up until 1:00 AM. Despite the late hour, he remained attentive and supportive the entire time.
What stood out the most was Rene’s ability to make the process feel personal. During the test drive, he asked thoughtful questions about us, and it felt more like chatting with a genuine friend than talking to a salesman. He clearly explained every detail — pricing, financing, warranty — and made sure we were never confused or rushed. His ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish also made the experience smooth and inclusive for everyone involved. Even after the sale, they followed up to make sure I was satisfied and everything was running smoothly. That kind of service shows they truly care about their customers—not just making a sale.
Another person I’d like to commend is Aldo Mendoza, the Car Sales Manager. When Rene called him around 12:45 AM, Aldo answered without hesitation — that’s true leadership. Aldo took the time to listen to my concerns about some stains and marks I noticed on the vehicle. He didn’t just offer vague reassurances — he acted. Aldo personally investigated the issue, coordinated with the head of detailing, and ensured the problem was resolved promptly and professionally. His proactive approach and commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed me.
Both Rene and Aldo made us feel respected and valued throughout the entire experience. I am extremely happy with the outcome and grateful for their dedication.

Highway robbery
I was texted and emailed all day for great sales, but would end next day. Went in exhausted after working two jobs. Told them my max and said oh we got you! Never saw the breakdown, was suddenly the owner of a new vehicle. Took 6 hours of sitting, got home by 1am. I ended up getting taken to the cleaners on the finance. 66k for a hybrid most are getting for 45 max. or worse case under 50k, but they stuck me for 66k. Females if you're not on your game, don't go in there expecting them to look out for you. You're a sitting duck per say. 980.. per month payments. I clean toilets for a living, I won't be eating much at this point.
I was 4k in negative equity with excellent credit. I have called and talked to different people. they ended up offering to throw in a cargo mat. wth!!! I will share my experience across all social platforms
I would love for the dealership to have some integrity and honor a better price that isn't a bank robbery!

My husband applied for a service advisor job was told he had the job how ever his piece of shit boss Mike only had him greeting people if you can”t promise the job then you should of not hired him very in professional then not giving him his hours
My husband got offered a service advisor job at McGrath in st Charles however when he started all he was doing was greeting people is piece of shit supervisor Mike Castro told him he was a greeter if you apply for a job and your told you would be a service advisor that is what my husband should be doing not being miss informed so my husband put hi 2 weeks how ever Mike screwed him on his hours your supervisors should not be supervisor if they don”t know how to treat their people
