Piece of sh** dealership with no honor... Sleazy sales manager Kevin knew of an existing issue at the time of sale of my vehicle and decided to dishonor the promise to resolve the issue noted, again, at the time of sale.
Granted life happens and I was unable to come to into the dealership before the termination of the VO term, but just goes to show customer service is all show and no go... In fact I told them I drove all the way from Florida to get this fix done but they didn't care or wink an eye to help me out when I needed them.
They don't care about your business relationship, just know that going in...
