Brought my 2022 Honda in for an oil change and tire rotation. They tried to sell my several hundred dollars of unnecessary maintenance which I refused but I wanted a plastic broken radio button replaced. But the stooge manager said that this broken part falls under “neglect and abuse” and could replace the cheap plastic part for $137. In addition, the raised the oil change price from about $75 to $95. I had to inflate my tiresw myself when I got home. And the mechanic or staff rummaged through my glove box and console when I left my wheel lock on the seat.
