Bought a certified used car. Comes with True Honda warranty. Less than 2k miles and 73 days from purchase the LED taillight fails. Made service appointment. After waiting 1:45 minutes was told part isn’t covered it will cost $389 and they can’t do it until 4 days from now. What happened to 3,000 miles 100 day dealer warranty and more importantly why did you make me wait almost two hours to tell me not covered and it cannot be done for 4 days. DO NOT BUY HERE. They are shady. They cycle one manager at you after the next saying false things. I’m going to Honda North America and filing a complaint.
