On 2-12 I brought my car in for an oily change waited a long time while other people walked in and got served before me. I was told they miss placed the order paper and mine was next. When I drove it home I noticed a weird smell, when my boyfriend got home he checked to find they didn’t put the oil cap back on. When I went back with my boyfriend they said they definitely put the oil cap on and I said no and questioned the oil being everywhere. They immediately changed there story and said that he thinks they forgot to put the cap back on. They cleaned it and refilled the oil.
Upon going back for a urgent fix for my tire that was going flat on 4-8, they replaced all valve stems as the valve stem caps were stuck on. When my car was there they took off the wheel locks on my vehicle & put my regular lug nuts on. When i realized it a few days later my dad called and they said I didn’t have locking ones on my car. When I went to find out what was going on they proceeded to tell me I didn’t have locking lug nuts on my vehicle when I popped up the picture of them on they immediately handed me brand new factory ones. When I asked what happened to the original ones they said they might have misplaced them with a different vehicle or they broke one. When I asked why I wasn’t notified. The other person there told me he didn’t know as he wasn’t there that day. When I said that he was the one I paid at pick up he immediately changed his story and said I’m sorry. I was told I have other parts that need to be replaced and I don’t even trust there opinion at this point. I will be going elsewhere for a second opinion before performing any work they recommended.
I will not be going back here do to these experiences. As well the fact that they are lying to customers and when you catch them in a lie, they end up changing there story.

Unsatisfied with inspection
I took my car to get looked at on 3/7 because I started hearing noise from the front right passenger side of my car. The car was looked at on 3/8. I was informed that the car needed new front struts and sway bar links. I was told the car was safe to drive and it would just out wear on my tires. I drove the car from 3/9-3/10. As I’m driving on 3/10, I have a ball joint and axle snap on the front right side of my car. Have gotten multiple different opinions from other mechanics and have been told that the ball joint being that bad should’ve been caught. Huge liability and safety issue. I’m lucky to still be here since it didn’t happen on the highway. Nor myself or any of my family members will be coming here ever again for service.

I called to get 2 new tires for my moms vehicle. Pete and the overall staff were very helpful. Had the tires ordered as they did not have them in stock. Made appointment and the day of the appointment they were able to take me in earlier than scheduled. Great service and always great prices.

Negligent Service and not taking responsibility for their mistakes
Seekonk tire pros more like tire dummies, consumers beware, stay away from these idiots, I purchased 2 tires online and brought them here to be installed to replace the 2 bad tires I had in the rear, these idiots rotated the bad tires to the front and installed the new ones in the rear and disposed of the 2 good tires I had on the vehicle, not only did they screw up the install on my wife's vehicle, but also endangered the lives of my wife and children by rotating the bald tires to the front of the vehicle, thank God she didn't have a blow out on the highway, this place is managed by idiots managing idiots with no clue to what they are doing and on top of it they wouldn't even rectify the big screw up they did, they said I would have to buy 2 tires to replace the 1yr old tires I had on the vehicle in which they disposed of because the inexperienced "tech", had no clue at what he was doing.

Amazing Service!
Melvin’s is honest and always does a great job! They are quick and courteous and super convenient!
I was so grateful on a Sunday to be treated with such kindness and quickness. I couldn’t believe how fast they did everything I was told the tire could be fixed or like we can fix it just felt I was with honest people. Nice busy shop for a reason I’m sure. I shall return for More Tire in Service. Mike was such a great help.

Stressless experience
I've had service performed here before and it was always very professional and completed properly. There's a good team in this store and they seem to be very receptive of the customer's needs. The manager Hailey has very good customer service skills which I believe runs off on her sales people. I have referred numerous people to this particular Auto center and will continue to do so as long as the service they provide continues at the same level.
