"friendly service,always willing to answer questions,nice waiting area."
I was very happy with the service,however I received a mailing the next day with a fix it or flip it notice that would have saved me some money. I called Meriden Hyundai and they were nice enough to give me a free oil change next visit. That is the way to treat customers if you want their business. I plan to continue using them for my service.

"because, you got the best service manager, in the state of ct.,his whole dept ,consists of ,kind ,friendly, helpful ,crew.this is in my opion,the most important dept,in any dealership."
also, my experience, in dealing with, the sales manger, and owner the dealerships nothing but excellent.this dealership gets a 6 star ,a+ in my honest opion.

"Great service in a timely manner"
Dropped my car off to this dealer in CT although I bought the car in Florida. They performed 2 recalls and 3 service campaigns without saying "why didn't you have this done in Florida. They did everything I asked and more. I will definitely go back there again. Thank you Meriden Hyundai!

"Online Customer Service"
I have received terrible service online. I have had to call multiple times about problems with my Hyundai account online. The last time I was transferred over to a supervisor who was very mean. She ended up hanging up on me and there was no solution given.

Meriden Hyundai has been great. Everyone there is awesome. They are very friendly and efficient. The facility is always in great condition. However, I have not been very happy with Hyundai as a larger corporation.

"Great service even though they were short-staffed! "
I was told upfront that they had a mechanic out and it could take a little longer so I prepared myself and the service was excellent. Before I knew it, my car was finished. No disappointment at all.

"Work performed on time and as expected"
Non routine service due to coolant leak. Diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner as promised. Not cheap, but the parts were a large part of the cost and Hyundai parts tend to be a bit pricey.
