"Great customer service"
Customer service was great! I had an appointment for 930 and was taken right in. They told me my car would be ready at a certain time and it was . The only thing is they forgot to attach my inspection paperwork again . I was gonna ask if u could please mail that to me. The paper that recommends what needs to be done etc

"Returned 2 time for same problem"
Returned for same problem...1st time vehicle was at Meriden Ct dealership 1 week , was told could not find problem. Took vehicle home cause I was leaving the state next day for 3 months. Left vehicle in the garage. Upon my return to CT, I returned to dealership, key was re programmed and 1 hr and 10 minutes later.,problem fixed. I was pleasantly surprised.,.,what happened in December.? 1 week, could not find problem? Versus April fixed in 1 hr.

"2008 Elantra service"
Meriden Hyundai without a doubt one has one of the most honest service departments I have ever dealt with. Their service advisor Oscar always gives me the best price. I have been to other dealerships to price out the same job and Oscar always beats the competition by hundreds of dollars. Could not be happier.

"Trouble shooting idiot light on 2007 Sonata"
It was a simple vapor leak in the gas cap but it was resolved and we had additional services performed. We have been going to Meriden Hyundai since 1996. Oscar in the service department is one of the reasons we continue to go there with our 2 Hyundai sedans since he one of the most honest and courteous service advisers I have ever met. Todd is one of the owners and he always spends time asking how we are and if we are happy with the service. I have always been suspicious of car dealers but I trust Meriden Hyundai and will continue to give them my business. I will definitely buy my next car from them.

"Knowledgable and friendly staff"
I was very glad to be served without an appointment, having not made one assuming a part would have to be ordered (broken latch on fuel door), but there was one in stock. As always all personnel were attentive and pleasant, and the techs competent. I drive 20 miles each way to this service department, but it's always worth the trip.
