Above and beyond
Went in for a simple oil change but found it was time for the timing belt to be changed as well. The estimated bill was a bit of a shock, needless to say. I had intended to wait at the dealership for the oil change but with the extra work needed, they offered me transportation home (and, of course, back to the dealership to pick up the car). When I returned to pick up the car, Kathy told me the bill was less than expected because not all the parts were necessary and that she had also had the car washed for me. That's why I like Hyundai -- they do what's necessary to fix a car (and don't pad the bill) and they treat customers like family. Thank you!

Quick and efficient with nice waiting area
They were polite, efficient and quick. The waiting area was comfortable. Coffee machine a little strange. Otherwise all was good.

Every time I bring my car in I get great prompt service, never feel pressured to do anything recommended. Service advisor always explains everything in detail and feel as though I get a great service without over paying!!

Module fuse
Fixed the shortage in the fuse, i was frusted without my car for a week but Oscar Perez that i was working with was great in comadating me with a rental for the week so that i wouldn't be without transportation, and was also good with updating me with what was going on with my vechile. And for that i give him 5 stars.

Module fuse
Just want my car back from the shop, they cant figure out why the module fuse keeps blowing. They fixed it 3 weeks ago and it blow out again. They've had my car fir over a week already

My compliant is the product
2011 and 2012 Sonatas have both required engines to be replaced with only 110,000 miles on them
After picking up the car after engine replaced I received another recall stating that the cars who had engines replaced have an additional recall about fuel leaking — Fires
The amount of time going back and forth to the dealer is wearing thin
A cash settlement should be offered so that those that choose can get out of this vicious recall circle
