I WENT TO GET TWO NEW TIRES FOR MY HYUNDAI. THE WERE OUT OF THE NORMAL ONES FOR MY CAR. INSTEAD OF MAKING ME WAIT OR COMING BACK ANOTHER TIME, THE SVC. MGR. ASKED ME IF I WOULDN'TMIND GETTING A BETTER QUALITY PAIR FOR THE SAME PRICE. YES, YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT, AND SAID YES. WHO ELSE WOULD DO SUCH A THING. THIS IS WHY I ONLY HAVE MY CAR SERVICED AT MERIDEN HYUNDAI.

Brought my car in for an oil change. Door went up, I drove in, it was pouring. Didn't even get wet. Great service. Always timely. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Kept me aprized on the status of my car.

Not Their Best
I was surprised by the quality of this servicing. It took longer than I was originally advised and did not get any updates while I waited. After checking the work out at home (4 tires replaced), I found two of the Alloy Wheels were nicked up along the rim requiring me to filing the rough edges.

Above and beyond
Went in for a simple oil change but found it was time for the timing belt to be changed as well. The estimated bill was a bit of a shock, needless to say. I had intended to wait at the dealership for the oil change but with the extra work needed, they offered me transportation home (and, of course, back to the dealership to pick up the car). When I returned to pick up the car, Kathy told me the bill was less than expected because not all the parts were necessary and that she had also had the car washed for me. That's why I like Hyundai -- they do what's necessary to fix a car (and don't pad the bill) and they treat customers like family. Thank you!
