Great Service
My experience at Meriden Hyundai has always been positive. Work is always done correctly, in a timely manner and a fair price. I've been going there since 2009 and have never been disapointed.

Extremely Pleased
I had issues with lack of communication on two issues prior to my service visit.( since August) Within minutes both nthe service manager and sales manager resolved both problems. Phones are still an issue there, but hopefully that too will be resolved.

Staff is courteous and does not oversell suggested repairs or items to customers.
The staff at Meriden Hyundai is always kind and courteous. They are also good about letting you know of upcoming maintenance needs and do not try to push customers into buying unnecessary products or services for their vehicles.

Messed up but fixed it!
I thought I was going in for an oil change. They are very quick with this usually. I was surprised it too so long! When they told me my car was ready I asked why so long. They explained there was a recall that was fixed. She ( the employee) was very upset I was not made aware of this extra procedure when I made my appointment
I was given a free oil change which I truly appreciate and will make me continue to rate Meriden Hyundai as above average !

It's the Best
I drive 22 miles each way to have my Genesis serviced at Meriden Hyundai rather than take it to somewhere closer to my home. The work is always excellent, and the people involved are genuinely focused on their tasks, helpful, and personable.
