Had to bring my car in for some kind of updates with electronics. It was taken care of very quickly which I was very glad about
People are always friendly and place is always neat and clean and my husband loves that they always have coffee and dunkin donuts for the customers.

Not the greatest
I really need to investigate a new place for services that I cannot perform myself. $45 for just an oil change is fairly steep for a vehicle that has less than 25,000 miles on it. I was under the impression that there was always a "free" safety inspection (brakes, lights, tires, etc.). The day after service, I discovered my washer fluid reservoir was empty; it was never checked. Then, the low tire pressure light came on; all four tires were low on air. The following day, it rained, and I discovered that I needed new wiper blades. None of this was evidently checked, as I was never notified of any of this by the dealership. The clincher was when I presented the service advisor who checked me in with an online coupon, which was never applied to my invoice until the checkout person told me "she never applied it".

Extraordinary Service
Every service appointment goes well! This time Kathy Cruz handled all the details and explained everything clearly. I am disappointed that a sensor in my Santa Fe has failed ( very expensive!! ) and must be replaced before I can pass emissions, but grateful to Kathy for ordering the part in time for me to meet the testing deadline.
