"Really friendly and honest"
Not someone that usually take my vehicle to the shop but this time I had to

"Trustworthy"
They always go above and beyond when I go in to have my car serviced. They recently found a large gouge on the back side of one of my tires that wasn’t visible from the front. When I immediately bought a new tire I was told that was a dangerous situation waiting to happen ! I am so grateful they found it at Meridian Fam. auto! Josh, you and your crew ROCK!

"They really do check if service is needed or not."
They always do a great job for us. We get reminders about potential service needs but they actually check if the work is needed when you bring the car in and let you know if it is really needed then. For example, this past week we took the car in to have the rear brakes checked because they noticed the pads were getting a little thin 6 months ago or so and we got an email reminder. Turns out there was still a few months left on them. We had them replaced anyway since the car was there and winter is coming.

"Best Customer Service Ever"
My experience with Meridian Family Auto Repair is the best customer service experience I've ever had. They went much farther than the extra mile for me, and saved me money, time, and hassle. They were also professional and pleasant to deal with, proactive, and they explained things well and kept me up to date.

"Another good job"
As usual the Meridian Family Auto crew got my car out when promised and ready to go. They tested it and found the replacement part was was bad and installed a 2nd one that worked. Very satisfied and will be back when I need help
