I'm always happy to bring my vehicles to your shop. Your willingness to defer payments on larger expenses is very helpful. Especially when spending 2000.00 in two consecutive months. I will say this last experience was a bit different without Josh. I liked the customer support and his friendly let me help you attitude! That being said I would like to have a conversation about my experience in picking up my truck this last time. As always thanks for the service you provide.

Efficient and reliable
It's hard to find a auto repair place to take your vehicle and feel like your not getting ripped off, and/or taken advantage of. These guys seem very honest, and it really seems like they want you to leave there satisfied and wanting to come back. I've been there twice so far, and most definitely will Go there when my vehicles need repair. They, make contact with you, when they say they will. No wondering, what's going on, or keeping u in the dark. It's a good feeling. It's always stressful when your car needs repaired, because you don't know what it will cost. To have a place to go to, and know they care, and do such an effiencint job helps a lot. All who I've talked to there, are very nice and really listen when your telling them what's been happening with your vehicle. I would recommend meridian family auto to everyone.

Lars said the prices were high. He had made an appointment, so the work could be completed. He took a day off work to be without his vehicle, but a second day off was needed, since the part was broken when it was unboxed. This unexpected change wasn't reflected in the bill, at all.
