I was not completely satisfied because my crack grew bigger after the repair, even though I was warned it could happen, whatever. I was mostly satisfied with the technician, but I found it rather odd, albeit hilarious, when I had to pull my car out of the bay, because he didn't know how to drive a manual transmission. Overall, everyone was very friendly and helpful :)

Some chip repairs turn out better than others, and unfortunately, though rare, some may spread after the work is done. We always will deduct the cost of a chip repair off the cost of a new windshield installation if it spreads or if the customer is not satisfied in any way. This customer has stopped back in and was informed of this. He thanked us for promptly following up with him and said he will keep the chip as is and call us in the future if it does get worse. Of course, he will receive that discount in that case. ---Mesko Glass
