Friendly and thoughtful customer service
We went to the dealership in a unique situation, and to be honest, Duke, James, and Jon exceeded my expectations, as I was not optimistic. They really thought all the details through and tried to accommodate everything to allow us to get the deal done. Anh was also amazing in the Finance department and got us a great interest rate regardless of our situation
