Spent $420 on new front rotors and break pads only to have the rear break system worse off and damaged after violent shaking caused by the "repair". I was told "it doesn't work like that" when I mentioned that the vibration propagated to the rear and caused damage within 1 day, a day we were told to wait by the Midas technician to see if it "evens out". This was caused by a warped rotor that was placed on the vehicle at Midas. Little did he know, I'm a mechanical engineer with 10 years of experience and background in structural vibration...No I don't know everything, apparently Greg Williams at Midas does though. Enough to think this is a joke and brush me off to corporate.
Now I am expected to pay out of pocket for the additional repairs that are now needed.
