Very poor experience
Not too sure about all the positive reviews here, but my experience has not been good. These guys (and especially Greg) are looking to ripoff customers at every opportunity. You come in with an issue and they will somehow dig out a thousand other issues and try to cross sell/ upsell. I would mention a few things about Greg's overall attitude as well but I'll refrain.

No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere.
