The previous car (lease) that I had returned got damaged by them after I gave them the keys. I got a bill for $1500. When I called Milenium Hyundai, the salesperson kept assuring me that they'd take care of it and that he'd call me back in a day. He never called me back. Repeat this same thing for MONTHS (dozens of times). When I asked for a manager, I had the exact same situation. When I finally was able to reach one, he told me that he can't help and that I'm out of luck. Nobody cared about any of my issues. Even the general manager was quite dismissive. When I told him that the sales person told me that he would help, the GM said "let's discuss this with him" and transferred me over to the salesperson (not a 3-way call, mind you - he just used that as an excuse to get rid of me).
My husband had similarly horrible situation where the sales person told him he'd take care of something but he never did. Unlike my situation, at least my husband's was eventually resolved, but again, it took months of work and dozens of calls.
My mother wanted to buy out her lease. She printed the buyout document from the website and went to Milenium Hyundai. The salesperson went to the back and came back with a price that was $5000 higher than her buyout document said. She was told that it was because she had to pay taxes, but the buyout document specifically said that taxes were included in the number. She went to another Hyundai dealership and was able to purchase the car for the original number (without the $5k of "taxes").
These people are liars and they will try to rip you off any chance they get. They will promise the world but deliver nothing.
