Rob said he was completely satisfied with this business' communication, but there was a secondary issue with his vehicle and his insurance told him the mechanic would have to prove the issue was caused by the accident. He said it was hard to get the proof from the mechanic and his insurance company didn't pay for them to repair the issue. He said the issue was mostly his insurance company's fault. He said this business went out of their way for him and the manager kept him updated.
