Carrel said they treated him well, they were courteous, nice and they did what they said they would do. He said the person who prepared his estimate was very knowledgeable. He stated he had no communication with this facility and chose not to elaborate. He mentioned that Matt was very nice, courteous and he liked dealing with him.

Rob said he was completely satisfied with this business' communication, but there was a secondary issue with his vehicle and his insurance told him the mechanic would have to prove the issue was caused by the accident. He said it was hard to get the proof from the mechanic and his insurance company didn't pay for them to repair the issue. He said the issue was mostly his insurance company's fault. He said this business went out of their way for him and the manager kept him updated.

Spoke with Frank. He said this business did a good job on his vehicle, and they went the extra mile washing and cleaning it, so he was very pleased with them. He even called this business and told them he was proud of the job they did. He was pleased all the way around.
