Robert said he would have rated the business a 5 on his overall experience if they went more in depth and looked internally at what was wrong with the vehicle. It was supposed to be ready on a Friday, but because it wouldn't start they needed to keep it until Monday evening to change the spark plugs and give it a tune up. He would not recommend the business because they only repaired what was wrong with the vehicle to the amount of what the insurance paid and not anything more.
