John said he rated his overall experience with the business a 2.5, because of a couple of reasons. There was blame being placed on both sides of the business and the insurance company. He doesn't know who was at fault. When he received updated information the vehicle was finished, he drove 45 minutes to the business. The work was not completed, and the tail gate was still all messed up. They did not provide him with any courtesy calls with updated information. As a result, he had to call the business to get updated information regarding the status of his vehicle. He wasn't sure how late the repair service was, because of the reasons above. The representatives had fine attitudes. However the business could serve him better by having 1-2 additional representatives available on hand. He wasn't satisfied with the communication, because of the reasons above. He would not recommend the business for repair services, because of the reasons above. Next time, he may not go to the business for repair services.
