Shawna said her visit took longer than expected. The vehicle was ready a week late and she is not sure why it was delayed. They did a good job. She wasn't satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared their estimate because when they started the work they found additional damage and they had to go through the insurance again to get approval to fix the additional damage and it cost more money. The communication with the business was pretty good. She said when they replaced the glass they accidentally got something stuck in the speaker area. When she listens to music she hears a rattling noise. She has not spoken with a representative about the issue yet. She lives about an hour away from the business, so her husband will look at the speaker issue first. If her husband cannot fix the issue, then she will plan to call the business to resolve the issue to her satisfaction.
