Spencer said there was so much constuction at the business that it was hard to get into and hard to get out of. He said the vehicle was 10 minutes late. The business had called him and told him the vehicle was done and the paperwork was ready, so he could come in a pick up the vehicle, but when he arrived the paperwork was not ready. The business told him they would mail him the paperwork, which they did. He said he did not appreciate that the business did not have everything ready when they said they would. There was a mechanical repair that was done in another department and then the vehicle needed to be painted. He said the service department told him they would call him and have him come and look at the vehicle before sending it to be painted, but they did not. There were no updates and the business did not keep their word. He had to call for updates. He said this business supposedly prepared an estimate, but he never heard what it was. The service department gave him an estimate. It was his understanding that the paint was a secondary part of the work, but it turned out that the mechanical work was secondary, which he was not pleased about. He will never go back to this business and he will not recommend them. He said this business needs to get their stuff together and be up front with customers.
