Miriam said she went to 3 different repair facilities. She chose this one due to the noticeable difference in the length of time the vehicle would be repaired and the process. She immediately wrote a review on Google after her vehicle was done. The experience was really smooth. Dorothy and Mr. White both made it very smooth. This was the best experience she has had with a repair facility.

Beatrice said the business is good. She said they did not keep her up to date during the process. She really is not sure about the estimator. Also, when she picked the vehicle, there was a part that was wrong and it had to be reordered. She said she left the vehicle there again. It now has been two weeks and still there has been no word about it.

Christopher said that when he tried to contact the staff about when his vehicle would be ready no one called him back. His vehicle was late by 6 days because of a parts delay. He was kept updated until his vehicle was past the promise date, that is when the updating and communication broke down. He would call the facility, be told that his representative was busy and it took two days for the staff to contact him back.

Phil said he had to take the vehicle back for an adjustment after delivery. The repair was not the quality it should have been. It should have been completed in nine days and it took closer to three weeks. They were waiting for extra parts to be approved by the insurance company. The technician also went on vacation. Someone did call and left a voice mail about the delay. In addition to the time taken, a blemish was left on the door. For these reasons, he would not recommend this facility to others.

Huylong said the repair took too long. There are some paint issues where some of the parts are not painted completely. There was a 3 week delay and they kept telling him that more things needed to be fixed. He had to call a couple of times. He is not recommending this facility due to the paint issue and the delay.

Jannathan said he had to go back twice to point out the problems. They did not check out them out. The hood was lop sided and not set correctly and there was a brand new scratch on the driver's side back door. The vehicle was late 2 and a half weeks due to this. The person did not believe him when he told him about the scratch and was told it was already there but he had pictures to prove this. He is not recommending them for these reasons.

Edwin said that everything went well, without any hiccups and he was very happy with the work. The paint technicians matched the color, and it was quality work. His vehicle was done in a timely manner. The staff were professional and customer service oriented in all forms of communication. He especially recommends this business for foreign vehicles. GREAT Service - Ask for Gatlin White!
I took my car in for repair on a Monday due to a rear fender-bender and was told it would be ready on that Friday. Gatlin White was extremely professional from the onset with the original estimate and then assuring me the car would be ready by Thursday. I was in my car Wednesday afternoon! Everything looks fantastic and they detailed my car too!! From the service, repair, to the ease of a car rental onsite, I would most definitely recommend Momentum BMW! Did I mention they keep you updated with text messages throughout the process? Of course they do! THANK YOU GATLIN AND MOMENTUM COLLISION!
