Great customer service
I called and got my issue taken care of pretty quickly. The staff was friendly and responsive. My car was in and out of there in less than 2 full days and it seems like the issue is resolved. The only thing I question was the labor cost. Not sure how I managed to get $800 in labor cost in less than 48 hours; though the parts themselves were only $300. At this “labor rate” it seems like these guys are getting paid more than Doctors/lawyers. Idk, but hey “inflation” right.
