"I felt like the Motorplex employess cared about restoring my confidence in my car."
Mortorplex of Maple Valley did a exemplary job in fixing my car back to road worthy. It was a unexpected huge expense. They looked out for me by checking everything in the car. They tried to save me money wherever they could. I had spent numerous days wondering if I would breakdown on the roadway. My car was not reliable and a constant worry. Motorplex cares about their customers and the cars they drive. They took care of me and I will be back.

"Quick, Quality, Local"
I would have liked to leave with a receipt or claim ticket acknowledging I left my vehicle but other than that things went great. The work was done as needed in the timeline we requested. The company was clear in communication and was able to explain things as needed. Necessary work was separated from the work that was suggested. Pricing seemed reasonable and met expectations. The diagnostics did get a little expensive but we did have a reasonably difficult problem with our truck.

"Was a loyal customer."
I felt that I was going to be a loyal customer with Motorplex. They have history on my Volkswagon Beetle. But this last experience wasn't pleasant. My car broke down just a block away from Motorplex and had to pay for a tow. I did get a break on a coupon because my bill came to the amount the coupon was good for. However, the price on my bill shouldn't have been as high as it was. I was charged for parts and labor on a wrong diagnosis. I even mentioned to them that it could be the fuel pump, but they went by a stupid computer diagnosis that took them in a different direction. I think they better get a better system because it does not work properly. I ended up paying for the misdiagnosis and also for the real problem the failed fuel pump. I am disappointed in how this transaction went. They have lost a customer which is too bad because I have a lot more work that I would be bring back to them on my bug.
