"Seemed honest, but overpriced"
We were told we needed a new transmission--never good news. They gave me a loaner car while they diagnosed this need and figured out how much the repair would be. We decided not to repair because it was $1650 more than the car's worth. I would have still given 5 stars up until they charged me $160 just for the diagnosis. I thought this was ridiculous. Especially since I just paid them $1800 TWO weeks before for an oil pan repair and new axle belts. Positive feedback: All mechanics had good manners, explained what was wrong clearly, and they gave me a ride home/ a loaner car to use.

"Work review"
They did a simple job and did it well. But what really was great is that they also spotted a potential problem elsewhere on the car. When they told me about they suggested I check with the warranty at the car dealership. Turns out the dealer service center concurred and then fixed the problem - no charge. Win-win all the way around.

"Service was great!"
Service was super but 1100.00 was a little steep for their service. I would recommend them for someone who was in the jam we were in but not if there were other options. I was not aware what it would cost. I could have had the vehicle towed all the way up to Bellingham cheaper.

"Thorough and competent."
They are very thorough and explain in layman’s language what problems you have, repair and diagnose what problems you might encounter in the future.
