Absolutely Horrible Dealership
If there were negative stars I would give them. They are deleting my google reviews

Brought my car in for an Oil Change and my USB and Aux jack is not working which is warranty. Ended up being told my brakes have corrosion on them and my car needs an alignment. My car has 40,000km on it and I just had it aligned actually...But, I played stupid to see where they were going with this. I also just recently had a brake inspection and my brakes are fine. As an ex mechanic I knew they were full of crap.
I was told that the USB & Aux cord would not be charged for diagnostics. Here is their diagnosis...I sat in the passenger seat with the mechanic trying to show him what the problem was while he drove around the block listening to him trying to sell me on an alignment and brake job. They refused to acknowledge that my USB & Aux jack is broken which it clearly is (connecting to Bluetooth is not solving the issue). I was then charged 63.99 plus tax FOR THIS!!!!

After 1.5 hours of waiting for an oil change and the USB/Aux jack to be diagnosed we were billed with a $160 bill for this.

After I finally got my car back I noticed that the dead pedal on the driverside was broken off with a piece of tape on it. It was not broken when I got there. The mechanic clearly broke it and tried to tape it on. Mountain Hyundai accused me of doing it which really upset me because it is a blatant lie. The shop foreman than SUPER GLUED the piece back on instead of replacing the part properly.

I took my car directly to the shop beside my house to look at the alignment and brakes and they said they are fine. And that the Mountain Hyundai is trying to sucker me for money. It makes sense because while I was at Mountain Hyundai the service department was saying the exact same problems to every person waiting for their vehicle.

The receptionist/service counter girl was very rude and passive agressive, I could not stand her and she would probably be better suited not working in customer service.

I'm absolutely furious and I am pursuing all these matters until I am compensated appropriately. As in, I want my money back for trying to diagnose warranty work on my own vehicle myself than paying Mountain Hyundai for it.

We are in the market right now to buy a new Hyundai Tucson for a second vehicle and we for sure won’t be buying it from here, Let alone bringing any business back to Mountain Hyundai.
