Super Helpful and Detailed!!
They were very helpful and detailed. I usually work on my own car but I left my car with them Thursday because I couldn’t figure out the issue. Of course the issue stopped as soon as they drove it so instead of just giving me the car back and telling me that there is no issue they called me and asked if they could keep the car over the weekend to try to experience the issue and actually fix it. I said yes and sure enough on Monday they call me telling me they figured it out and they fix the car! They didn’t try to tell me that I was crazy and nothing was wrong with the car like most other shops would do but instead they believed me and waited until the issue came up again! Amazing experience!!!
