Spoke with Mary D. She said her husband was very pleased. She stated she believed a wrong part was shipped in that had to be ordered again, but those things happen and it's not always the fault of the repair person, so it was ready when promised. Mary stated she and her husband live in Eastern Washington but her husband works in Seattle, and a co-worker recommended he bring his Mercedes to this business. He was very pleased, not only with the work, but with the price. It's an older Mercedes, and especially with an older Mercedes, parts can be very expensive, so he was very pleased with the price and he'd go back again.
