Shady business
Purchased a parts car from here, was told by Bruce that he had simply lost the title, upon further research found that it in fact had a lein on it, apparently he never paid the note! Haven't been able to get ahold of him, seems pretty shady if you ask me. And what's up with the new business name now?

Inspection
Had rocker panel and bumper repaired at local garage. Power steering leak...was not an issue. Area that appeared to be leak has been there since truck was new. No loss of steer fluid or other issues found on further inspection.

We are sorry that your experience with us at My Mechanic was not a positive one but as a Maine State Inspection station we are held to the letter of the law when doing an inspection. In the MSI manual on pg. 18 of Chapter 1 Section 170 it states in pt.C. Steering Lash (1) Reject vehicle if the power steering fluid is from the rack and pinion. 
From a saftey standpoint and the law, we respectively stand behind our diagnosis and rejection. Although it may have been a minor leak , it was a leak nonethless.

Ben said the business provides good service. The employees are helpful. They explained everything to him, and they called before starting the work. His one concern is that his vehicle is making a clicking sound so he will bring it back for follow up work when he has time.
