trade in offer falls short
received a trade in offer which was an insult to my intelligence. my sales pro explained that it is a form letter that they use to drum up business because they don't know exactly what I have. My thought is that I bought the car there and all of my information is in the system. It could have easily been looked up, instead of offering me less than rough trade in. I am very capable of looking up the value of my car. I won't deal where I feel like I am being ripped off. Brand loyalty and dealership loyalty are off the table.

Great Dealer...Poor Product
Your dealership is constantly attentive to the repeated needs of my car...the never ending warning indicators, the same service for the same problem including factory recall...thank goodness for the 10yr 100,000 mile warranty and your service department, the only good things about owning this vehicle. I cannot in good conscience recommend this brand.

Great service as always. Go in for service tell them what extras I want, they take the car in right at appointment time, and in 30-45 minutes I am back on the road heading home.

The people at Myrtle Beach Hyundai are committed to their clients and the Hyundai Product line....Everyone is a professional!!!
I love to take my 2016 Sonata to this dealership for service work....because I know everyone cares!!!!! They do excellent work and are all very pleasant.
I enjoy speaking with Brook, Tim, Eddie....the techs and Jason in Sales.

Hyundai is fortunate to have such a fine dealership. Hey, I purchased a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser brand new and now have 275,000 Miles on it.....That dealership is nothing compared to MB Hyundai.....I also have been to Korea and trained 15 years in Tae Kwon Do with the Lee Brothers, the only family from Korea that has 6, "Six" Brothers that are all Masters and Grand Masters of Tae Kwon Do. I love the Korean people, their work ethic and your products are AWESOME! Thank you, Gary
