I would have given this a 5. I felt this was a recall on my vehicle I came a long way I was out within the hour but they didn’t wash my car I suppose to get a complimentary car wash every time I have service. Well that didn’t happened

"Insurance Repair"
Roadside assistance was polite and efficient. Tow truck driver was polite, informative and timely. Replacement of tire was done. Insurance company approval not as quick as I would have liked but all was good in the end. Glad I took that option. Things always happen when you least expect.

"Service on a snowy morning!"
The service was excellent. The service manager was the first to greet me with a smile, he took care of me quickly. The entire visit didn’t take long at all. My car was washed and shining when everything was done.

"Great Service Day"
I made an appt to get my oil changed. Once there, Mike, the Service Mgr told me that it was time for a factory recommended service. He explained what I needed and why. He was very patient and thorough. I decided to go ahead with the service. They took care of me and I was on my way in no time. Mike was great!! My only issue with the dealership is the waiting room....the tv didn't work and there were no snacks. For the money that is paid for servicing these vehicles, you could at least spring for some cookies.

"Fast and professional service"
The service person is always very nice and professional each time I have had my car serviced. The only tjing I feel needs improvement at this time is the car washing area. They never wash my car properly.
