Reasonable prices and great customer service!
I stopped by with a huge list of repairs and maintenance needs for my Duramax. Tori listened and together, along with his staff, we decided to begin with four of the big ticket repairs. They had all the parts on site the next day and I was promised that my truck could be done in two days. I wasn’t convinced of the repair time but dropped the truck off the next day anyways. I didn’t doubt Tori or his teams ability, I just know that when it comes to repairing/maintenance of a vehicle…”things happen”. Sure enough, an unexpected problem came up. After talking with Tori and deciding to fix that problem now instead of later, they moved forward with the additional repair. The entire team chipped in and after a long second day, my truck was fixed and ready to be picked up. Reasonable prices, quality work, and great customer service in one place nowadays is a rarity. NC Automotive and Diesel Specialist have all three qualities under one roof.
