A Special Place!

caused more problems and made me pay for them
After reviving a high quote reluctantly had the issue fixed they caused a second problem in the process, I had that fixed. Then noticed a third problem witch was only caused by them working on the first issue. Thought they would take care of it but to my surprise they wanted me to shell out another large sum to fix a problem that they had caused. Surprised because they have said to me they guarantee their work and will make things right. Well not the case. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself some $ and grief.

Kevin-

Sorry for the confusion and your frustration over the repairs on your vehicle.

It may serve here to go over your repair history. Your first invoice was for approximately 1500.00 on 11/15/2018. The issues you brought it in for were a possible coolant, power steering and fluid leaks. Our inspection revealed a coolant leak from the radiator, an engine oil leak from the oil filter housing, and a power steering leak from the fluid reservoir and the low pressure hose. You chose to repair the coolant and engine oil leaks, and you also addressed some of the overdue maintenance by replacing the radiator hoses. You chose not to deal with the power steering issues at that time. The power steering leaks were noted on your invoice.

On 11/28/2018 you did return to repair the power steering issues. The invoice was for 487.00. The radiator and oil filter housing work, Kevin, did not cause the power steering leaks. The leaks were part of what we discovered on our first inspection, as was noted on your first invoice.

Kevin lack of maintenance on a vehicle 16 years old can be a very problematic issue and can lead to very untimely repair expenses. Maintenance was something the prior owner of your vehicle was apparently reluctant to do.

Again we are sorry for your frustration. Give us a call or stop by and we would be happy to go over the repairs and answer any further questions or concerns you still have. Also, all our repairs carry a NAPA National 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty.

Heater Hose Resolution
