These guys are great. I started a project on Yelp, threw it out to the community and these guys responded immediately.. I checked the reviews and everything looked really good. As I started interacting with them, I could tell they were listening and paying attention. I’ve been in Customer service for 30 years now. And one of the things that you have to do when taking care of a client, and it’s very simple, most people don’t understand, but it’s very simple,……all you have to do you is give a damn. You have to care. If you care, you will listen, if you listen, you will . And I felt that from these guys. And that’s how Alvin made me feel. I felt he was on my side. They kept in communication and when receiving my car, they were very clear about the prognosis and straight up about encouraging what I should do. I own two vehicles I own a Lexus and I own a Kia. The Lexus is mine. The Kia is my wife’s.. I don’t know if we’ll have the Kia in the near future, but I do know whatever vehicle I do get for my wife, I will be bringing to these guys for maintenance. And I live quite a ways away. I live in town. I live over on Ward and Kapiolani. I’m from NY, let me tell you, when you meet someone you can trust, you keep them close to you, in your personal life and in business. If they choose to be dishonest, it’s between them and God. But I gotta say, I have a pretty good feeling these guys got a good relationship with God. Highly recommend..
