"Great people"
Everyone is so nice and informative. And they don't try to charge me for unnecessary services. They even found a staple in my tire, i didn't even know i had a leak. They got me an appointment on the only day i could come in, and they had my car back to me in an hour even though they were running a little behind.

"Fast, kid friendly, great coupon deals"
Bought coupons, went in to have oil changed and happened to pick a good time so they were able to work in several more items on the coupon list than they usually do in one visit. Their waiting room had toys and seating that made it easy to wait with two kids. They seemed quick and nice.

David said he felt like he got ripped off on price. The clutch that was replaced was not tight. It was looser than his old one. The second gear is all but functional because the mechanic was messing in there. Even though, the clutch was engaging it did not stick. The timing is off on the clutch. He cannot put it in second until he slowed down the rpm to allow it to get into gear.

David I'm sorry you don't feel like you had a positive experience. As you know, you drove your truck with the clutch out and we talked about how it could have damaged the transmission interanally. Not sure about the looseness issue as we didn't drive your truck at all until after the new parts were put in. As a result, there was absolutely no way the damage was done afterwards. You and I talked on the phone and I thought that after we talked you felt better about the work we had to do. Again, sorry you didn't come away with the experience you expected. I feel we certainly went above and beyond to try to make you happy.
