Timely service.
Norris auto clinic gave me an appointment to be at the shop and when I arrived there was no waiting and the service was done in a timely manner. Great service.

Scottie said this business had to take her vehicle to the dealership because they could not fix it. The dealership charged the service advisor $149 and he charged her $215. He told her it was what they charged him, which was a lie, she said. When she picked up her vehicle, it was not fixed so she had to give it back to them. They left her vehicle on the parking lot for three days and no one fixed it until she went there personally and told them to fix it. She would never deal with them again and the business is only ripping off their customers. They did not offer to make the problem right.
