Scheduled maintenance
Had my MB scheduled for its regular maintenance and was able to get a schedule within a weeks time. The wait during the actual service day was minimal. The cost is surprisingly low too. The guys at Northbay truly know how to take care of the cars and their owners. Highly recommend them!

Top Notch Dealer
I highly recommend North Bay Imports. The cars they sell are highly desirable and the prices are very competitive. The staff is very friendly and they treat you like family. The service department handles both routine maintenance and complicated repairs efficiently. This is a top notch dealer to do business with.

75000 mile service
Dropped the car off for service on Monday, expecting to pick up later in the day, but it was so late in the afternoon when I got a call, we decided to leave it and pick it up Tuesday. Basically, the service I had requested was done to my satisfaction, with one exception. I had mentioned to Chris that my headlights had a considerable amount of moisture on the inside, and he said he could take care of that with a heatlamp. Unfortunately, he apparently didn't state that on the work order, so nothing was done to remedy the situation, and whomever was doing the work on the automobile either didn't notice, or failed to say anything. The car was facing forward when I exited the building, and since I didn't do a walk around, I didn't notice this until I arrived home. I wasn't worth making a call and bringing it back, so I'll live with it a while longer, and perhaps it will clear up on its own with the warmer weather finally arriving.
I normally give a 5 star rating, but for this small oversight, I''ll give a four. Yes , I am still satisfied overall, and I would recommend North Bay service to a friend.

Every one was professional, and completely committed to my satisfaction.
Jon and David were knowledgeable and competent. Truly a pleasure to do business with. The buying process was seamless. Chris had new brakes and tires installed as promised. The office manager was very organized with the paperwork.
