"The Best Customer Service"
North Penn Gulf is the only place we have our car serviced. We have been coming to John's for at least 15 years. They have offered a service car to us on more than one occasion. John's employees are courteous, they offer great coffee and have the cleanest bathrooms of any service station I have ever visited.

"Friendly and quick service"

"Oil/tire rotation/fluid changes"
They care about the vehicle (no matter it's appearance or age) and care about their customer! I would make only one recommencation with the windshield wiper fluid....please put in something that doesn't freeze at this time! :) The weather has been up and down and it went down enough for a freeeze. Thanks for all you do and I am thrilled to be a customer.

"03 Mercury Mountaineer v8"
Should have bought a horse cause if things got real bad I could aways eat it. I've never owned a New vehicle and don't think I ever will, something is alway's getting old and braking down but since i've been going to North Penn Gulf I feel like my truck just came out of the factory I can take a trip anywhere without worry.

John, and his team provide outstanding services and there is always a phone conversation regarding any vehicle service prior to proceeding. At the time of pick-up Doug, will explain the bill and review service on the cars. Honesty is the best word to describe John’s Gulf station.
