Cornelius said he appreciated that the staff at this business got him in at the last minute without an appointment. They helped him out when it was cold outside. He had a tire issue, which they repaired and they got him back on the road.

"Fixed wipers & washer sprayers too"
Very happy to get car serviced for an oil change and new wipers. The three front window washer sprayers are all fixed again. Yeah! Just need the car washed now!!

"Great service with a smile."
I droped our vehicle off without an appointment. They were able to get it scheduled ,tested called to tell me what the issues were and get it repaired in a timely manner. The final bill came in under the estimate.

We love North Wells! They are honest and do great work! Their fees are fair and they always try to be accommodating. We are so thankful for Mitch and his team! But Please, get some more comfortable furniture!!!

"Friendly service!"
Wells Service Center is more personal that other places. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about giving the client information that can be understood by the average customer. When you come in to pick up your vehicle, the staff gives you information for preventative maintenance for future visits that adds to a positive feeling that your car has been diagnosed correctly and problems are taken care of until next time.

"Best EVER "
THANKS to Mitch, John, Michelle n EVERYONE there!!! They have taken care of my family’s vehicles since mid ‘90s, started w/my grandmother. Yesterday I had a surprise when I went to ‘run errands’~needless to say, battery was totally dead, couldn’t even open doors w/key faub (?sp). I was able, finally, to get it take a jump. Was immediately on phone to ask Mitch for help in checking out the battery ~ ‘Bring it in’, so I did. Wasn’t there 10 minutes, they were on it. YEP, battery dead, no hope for it. Granted within half hour, all done, warranty, brand new, good to GO life in my Jeep!! Couldn’t believe Mitch took care of me, w/o appt, no warning. Kind of people who care, other places would be an appt, or not put battery in, unless extra charge, etc....NORTH WELLS SERVICE CENTER aka Mitch’s place is honest, trustworthy and dependable. AND an extended FAMILY INDEED ❣️❣️❣️ Don’t know what I would do w/o Mitch n his crew of very knowledgeable ‘auto’ minds~😉. Won’t go anyplace else, give them a try, won’t hurt, if anything, you’ll become part of this AMAZING auto family, for sure!!! Look forward to seeing y’all there ~ 😁

I’ve never had anything but great service from Mitch and his team couldn’t be more happy with our care. They are honest about the work that needs to be done and how much it cost . Go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Not to mention they offer a great rewards program ;)
