"Friendly people"

"1st service visit"
Northland Chevrolet is incredibly customer oriented. My service order was partially filled out when I arrived saving everyone time especially at 7:30 in the morning. Up to this point, from purchasing a new vehicle, to sales staff follow-up, to first service visit, this dealership runs "like a well-oiled machine". (I couldn't help myself). I'm saving my "5" rating for after I've had the vehicle a while longer.

"Best car buying experience you've ever had."
I can not stress how pleased I am with my new Equinox. Northland Chevrolet was extremely helpful, trustworthy and made me feel like I was a part of the family! I have never had a better car buying experience in my life and would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them an opportunity to earn your business. I'm glad I did.

"Crappy and rude"
I have had many family members who have bought new vehicles through there and also bought the extended warranty packages that cover it bumper to bumper. But upon anything needing to be fixed they do not want to go good by there warranty. For example something as simple as a back up camera malfunction they say it’s not covered but upon going there and showing them it’s in fact covered by my package they want to schedule it months out then when they finally do get my vehicle in they have it for 3 or more weeks. Not to mention I know many people who get there vehicles back and it’s damaged, scratched or grease all over the interior. Then when you do the over the phone surveys and you tell them your honest opinion how service was they refuse to do any work on your vehicle. Drew the service manager is very snobby and rude and they more than often preform work on your vehicle that’s not approved then want you to pay for the extra costs. They are scammers that will say your vehicle needs something when it actually doesn’t. To to sum it up, it’s crappy service, rude employees, and the try to scam people especially the women and the elderly. I’m a die hard Chevy guy but with the service they provide I’d rather drive a ford or a dodge.
