The lies you tell!!
We brought our car in because it was having an overheating issue but only when driving it, at idle it wouldn’t overheat. Seeing this prior, says the service tech, screams bad water pump! So we authorized the water pump replacement at an estimate of around 600$, about two weeks later, car not fixed with new water pump installed.. and now I’m told that they have to do diagnostics to figure out the “real problem “ to find out now it’s both head gaskets at the cost of 6000$. How does something like this happen? And why should the customer be responsible for the misdiagnosis of a parts changer? Especially at a dealership.. never will I deal with this facility again, buyer beware!!
