Exceptional service
Visiting Northtown Hyundai service dept to take care of a vehicle concern for the very first time, I was really blown away. From the initial call to schedule the appt to when I arrived, the service team are very thorough and really efficient. I have to say hands down top notch service.

Amazing customer service
I took my 2014 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid to Northtown Hyundai and had the pleasure of working with Phil in the service department. Not only did I receive excellent customer service but Phil saved me $150 on my starter battery. I cannot thank him enough!! I've been going to Northtown since I moved to Buffalo in 2015 and will continue to take my Hyundai's to Northtown!!!!

Appointment schedule messed up by Northtown- service was eventually done well.
Some problem with appointment time- was given a12:15 appointment and when I arrived all technicians were on a break. I had to come back at 2PM and service was done very well.
Cookies were great as usual.

Pros: Efficient, pleasant, strong work ethic of service team, cleanliness of facility, hospitality, free Shuttle service and free car wash is a bonus.
Cons: None
For Your Consideration: * Inclusion of more ethically diverse service and sales teams to reflect clientele.
*Free basic car wash to include interior windows.
