I'll make this review brief, which will match the 3-word answers their customer service department decided are an acceptable method of professional communication.
If you are thinking of buying from this company, but may need to return an item, beware. I bought a gas cylinder for an office chair. I ended up not needing it and never even opened the box it was shipped in.
After I returned the item, they credited me less than I paid for it. When I inquired, they quoted a policy that "reserved the right to charge a 25% restocking fee" and tried to claim they were doing me a favor by "only charging 20% because the item was still in the box". There was literally nothing to "restock". It was brand new, never opened and they used this policy to steal from me. So, if you buy something that you may need to return, beware that you will be dealing with this business practice.
