Taylor said the business had her vehicle for over 5 weeks. She requested that while they had her vehicle that they service it, and add tinting to the window, but that was never done. They did not give her a clear cause of the delay, they just told her that the repair would take that long, but she felt that was too long for some minor repairs. The insurance company dealt with the person who did the estimate so she is unsure. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel, she felt that they did not care about her or what she wanted. She would not recommend the business because of the length of time and how she was treated, also because she was charged $350 for a rental for a week while they finished her vehicle.

Marisol said the vehicle was totaled. Her only issue was that as soon as she mentioned to the lady working there that her attorney might be calling them, a gentleman at the business kept reiterating that the business would not be able to negotiate or talk with the insurance company. The business could only deal with her directly. The estimate was taken care of by the insurance company. The employees were courteous. She didn't communicate with the business except when she went in to pick up her stuff.

Asif said the repair process was extremely lengthy, the business did not work with him to get him a loaner vehicle since they had his vehicle for so long. He is unsure if he is satisfied with the repair because the dashboard is rattling. His vehicle took 45 days all together to be repaired, they gave him a date to come in and drop off his vehicle, but they didn't even get around to ordering the parts until a week later, it had just sat there.

He stated that the length of time to finish the repair was too long, also, there was a issue with his turn signals that the business took care of as soon as he brought his vehicle back to the facility. He stated that he is also having some minor difficulties with the rental company. He stated that he was not given a time frame for the completion of the repairs.
