Dishonest - Zero integrity
Got a used car from these guys "as is". They claimed everything was checked (mainly safety) by their great Volvo certified mechanics. Well, to make a story short, the vehicle had a broken spring due to rust. I called them on it (4 days later) and they tried to tell me I broke it and since it was an "As Is" purchase, tough luck. I get "As Is"... but in this case one has to assume that a broken rear spring qualifies as a safety inspection pass! Such a bunch of liars, they never even check the car.

I foolishly assumed since it was a big prestigious Volvo dealer, they would actually put more into protecting their name, but apparently not when it comes to lower price used vehicles for the plebeians. It speaks volumes to the lack of integrity of this place. Don't waste your time at Park Place!
