Inspection and repairs
Had my car inspected while I waited. I received quick and courteous service. The cost of the inspection was reasonable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Several weeks ago they repaired a rusted brake line on my pickup truck. Cost of this repair was very reasonable. I was satisfied with both the repair job and the inspection. I will continue to use this shop to service my vehicles.

Joe said he's been having the same problem with his vehicle for a few years now. He told him what it was and he also told them he checked all of the fluids. The mechanic did some kind of check and charged him $60 to tell him it was his transmission and he could not fix it. He would not recommend them for transmissions.

Hi Joe,

Thank you for the response and rating.  The $60 was for diagnostics.  It was somewhat difficult to move forward with additional diagnostics as there were no diagnostic trouble codes stored in effort point us in a particular direction.  Fluid level and pressures were okay. By identifying the software version, it was determined that the current software was outdated by several years.  The software update would give us a fresh start in order to move forward with further diagnostics.  Again, we appreciate your business and you taking the time to leave a review.

Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback.  We did install a new carburetor and performed a much-needed tune up in effort to repair an intermittent problem that was diffuclt to duplicate while at our repair facility.  With your permission, we replaced said parts and needed some additonal time to complete the repairs.  Unfortunately, vehicle was picked up prematurely.  The $780 was the total, parts were a fraction of that cost.  Again, we appreciate your business and taking the time reveiw.  Take care.
