Great father and son shop. They were very professional, the shop was clean and organized. I always look at that because if the shop is that way there mechanics are too. And will treat your car the same. Luis returned all calls within minutes and gave me no runaround always to the point. I will highly recommend this shop to my friends and family.

The professionals at Perez are always courteous, helpful and provide quality service at affordable prices. I've been coming to Perez Auto Works for years now; they have always gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service and make the cost of maintaining my three vehicles affordable (even with the BIG service jobs). Here are a few very recent examples:
- I asked for an oil change + inspection, not knowing that an official inspection (and oil) was different from the routine inspection that comes with an oil change. Even though they performed a complete inspection and used the much more expensive synthetic oil they waived the price difference even though it was my error. They recently worked with me to do a $600+ complete front brake job for my Lexus at 1/2 the price and even delivered car back to me on the same day. If you want quality service with folks you can trust, go to Luis or Marlene at Perez Auto Works. I will not take my cars anywhere else...ever.

"Great service with one problem."
Took the car in for a new battery and an oil change at 7:30 am. Got a call at 1:30 pm from the mechanic. We talked about the repairs and what needed to be done. Never heard from him again. Called at 5:30 pm and spoke to someone else who told me the car was ready. Unfortunately, I couldn't go at that time to get. So basically, it took 10 hours before I found out that the new battery and the oil change had been done. I guess making a 30 second call to the customer to let him know the car is ready is too hard. This is my first bad experience here, otherwise this is a great place to have your car worked on. Reliable service at reasonable prices. Just got a bad mechanic this time.

VEHICLE WAS BROUGHT IN FOR A STARTER MOTOR WARRANTY AFTER CHARGING BATTERY AND TEST FOUND BATTERY WAS NO GOOD AFTER TESTING STARTER SEVERAL TIME TO MAKE SURE WE DONT GIVE THE CUSTOMER BACK HIS VEHICLE BACK WITH A DAMAGED STARTER FROM BATTERY BEING BAD IT TOOK TIME . WE ARE SORRY BUT IF WE WOULD OF DONE THE STARTER AND LET THE CAR GO IT WOULD OF CAME BACK WITH THE SAME PROBLEM.
